The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with key referral sources. This role focuses on building connections with property managers, insurance agents, commercial accounts, and other partners to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold outreach, and community involvement
  • Build and maintain relationships with referral partners (property managers, insurance agents, HOAs, etc.)
  • Conduct in-person visits, presentations, and meetings to promote services
  • Track leads, activities, and opportunities in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to ensure excellent client experience
  • Attend networking events, trade shows, and local association meetings
  • Follow up on leads and maintain consistent communication with prospects
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
