Description

H2R Technology are looking for a Business Enablement Project Manager to act as the key internal Project Manager for a significant CRM implementation and broader business improvement initiatives.

Working alongside an external implementation partner, you will champion business needs, provide oversight and assurance, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure the solution delivers the outcomes the organisation expects. This role is less about managing project plans and more about ensuring the business is engaged, prepared, and positioned to realise the full value of its technology investment.

While the Dynamics 365 CRM programme will be a key focus, you'll also support the ongoing optimisation of business systems, technology adoption, and user enablement across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary liaison between the business and the CRM implementation partner.
  • Represent business requirements and advocate for positive business outcomes.
  • Monitor progress, risks, issues, and delivery quality throughout implementation.
  • Coordinate stakeholders and facilitate engagement across the organisation.
  • Lead business readiness, user adoption, training, and change activities.
  • Support UAT testing, acceptance, and implementation activities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve business processes and system utilisation.
  • Coordinate technology vendors and service providers.
  • Provide practical support and guidance to users and assist with business systems administration
We're looking for someone that can deliver Dynamics 365 project, but equally, someone who can provide technical support for basic technical support when needed across the small office.
