Business Finance Team Lead Loans Against Securities South India

You will lead and coach a Loan Against Securities business development team, own revenue strategy and execution, and develop partnerships with banks, wealth managers, brokers, DSAs, FOS teams, and other financial intermediaries. You will drive lead generation, negotiate and structure partnership agreements, monitor market trends and customer needs, review financial and operational performance, and ensure compliance and smooth partner integration.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and manage the Loan Against Securities business development team.
  • Identify, onboard, and nurture partnerships with banks, wealth management firms, brokers, financial advisors, DSAs, FOS, and other institutions.
  • Drive lead generation and revenue growth through DSAs, FOS teams, internal calling teams, and partner networks.
  • Own revenue strategy and execution and build income streams through partnerships and business development initiatives.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and structure partnership agreements.
  • Collaborate with legal, product, and compliance teams to finalize deals.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor products, and customer needs to refine business strategy.
  • Track team and partnership performance, analyze financial outcomes, and present performance reviews and improvement plans.
  • Ensure operational excellence, compliance adherence, and seamless partner integration.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in business development, partnership management, or sales within financial services, fintech, NBFCs, or wealth management.
  • Team management and leadership experience with a track record of driving performance, coaching teams, and managing revenue targets.
  • Expertise in Loan Against Securities or secured lending, including LAS, LAP, and margin funding.
  • Ability to generate revenue through partnerships with DSAs, banks, brokers, and financial intermediaries.
  • Negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical capabilities and commercial acumen.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and own business outcomes.
  • Experience in banks, fintech, digital banks, or brokerage firms is highly desirable.
