What’s the role?

As a Business Home Lending Manager, you'll partner closely with Relationship Managers across Westpac's Business Banking team, helping customers navigate one of life's biggest financial decisions.

Based in Melbourne / Naarm, Wurundjeri Country, this is a permanent full-time opportunity with hybrid working arrangements available. You'll be the home lending specialist, providing tailored lending solutions that support customers' personal goals while complementing their broader business ambitions.

You'll work with referrals from Relationship Managers while also taking a proactive approach to building relationships and identifying opportunities to grow business. We're looking for someone with strong commercial acumen who enjoys engaging with business customers, uncovering opportunities, and delivering outstanding lending solutions from conversation through to settlement.

What do I need?

• Experience helping customers with home lending solutions in a customer facing environment
• Strong relationship building skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Commercial acumen and confidence engaging with business and commercial banking customers
• A proactive approach to generating opportunities, growing networks and bringing business into the bank
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
