Business Transformation Manager (Lean/PMP/Scrum, East)
- Manage end-to-end operational and business enhancement initiatives, ensuring successful execution within established timelines, budgets, and project objectives.
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity, streamline workflows, and enhance service delivery through process optimisation and technology-enabled solutions.
- Partner closely with internal stakeholders and external service providers to coordinate project activities, manage risks, and ensure successful execution of initiatives.
- Establish project governance, monitor performance metrics, and provide regular reporting on project progress, outcomes, and value delivered to the organisation.
Requirements:
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum Certified
- Degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of experience project management, continuous improvement, operational excellence, or business transformation roles.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects, drive change initiatives, and deliver measurable business improvements.
