Role Summary

Align, the makers of Invisalign ® is looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst. This exciting new role would be part of a culture that is helping to improve lives every day through digital dentistry. The Business Intelligence Analyst should develop, deploy, and maintain Business Intelligence (BI) solutions; including databases, data visualization, dashboards, ad hoc reporting and data modeling tools. Most companies should be able to match to a specific BI developer position. Will connect with the stakeholder, understand their needs, and create cutting edge/tailored solutions allowing both stakeholders and the business to take decisions swiftly by clicking a solution, accessing updated, fresh and current/insightful data to direct the business towards success. Create the infrastructure, data warehousing and integrity, centralization and connections to our main tools, securing both scalability and accuracy. This role will be part of Align Technology goal to deliver the next generation of clear aligners (Invisalign®) to our customers. Role Expectations
  • Design, develop and maintain business intelligence solutions & data analytics platforms. Create tools to store data.
  • Develop and execute database queries and conduct analyses.
  • Conduct unit testing and troubleshooting.
  • Evaluate and improve existing BI systems.
  • Fulfill other duties related to Business Intelligence Analyst as assigned
In this role, you’ll need …
Typically:
  • Bachelor’s degree in: computer science, information technology, computer engineering, applied mathematics or statistics.
  • 4-6 years of directly related experience.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Advanced to expert Microsoft Office knowledge (Sharepoint, PowerApps, Power Automate, Excel).
  • Debugging/troubleshooting skills.
  • Data warehouse design.
  • Programming Languages (C#, C++, VB.NET, Excel VBA, etc.).
  • SCRUM fundamentals.
