Business Intelligence Analyst
Salary: $8,550 – $12,000 per month
About the role
Analyse business data and develop reports and dashboards to support commercial and operational decision-making. This is a mid-level BI and analytics position working with sales, inventory and business performance data to develop dashboards used for management decisions, with exposure to regional Singapore & Malaysia operations.
Key responsibilities
Analyse sales, inventory, customer and operational data
Develop dashboards and business performance reports
Prepare regular management reporting and data insights
Identify trends, opportunities and potential business risks
Translate data into actionable recommendations
Work with different departments to understand reporting requirements
Improve data quality, accuracy and reporting processes
Monitor key business performance indicators
Support forecasting and business planning activities
Present analytical findings to management when required
About you
Degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics or related field
3–5 years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence
Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel
Experience with Power BI, Tableau or similar BI tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good understanding of business performance metrics
Strong communication and presentation skills
Experience in trading, construction, supply chain or FMCG is an advantage
