Business Intelligence Analyst

What You'll Be Doing

As a Business Intelligence Analyst , you'll play a key role in delivering actionable insights through data visualization and analytics. You'll collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to build reporting solutions that improve business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI/Tableau dashboards for commercial performance reporting.
• Analyze key business metrics including sales performance, pipeline health, conversion rates, and business trends.
• Perform data validation, cleansing, and maintenance to ensure reporting accuracy.
• Support commercial teams by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Analyze marketing campaigns, customer segments, and market performance.
• Identify reporting gaps and recommend process improvements.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into user-friendly dashboards.
• Leverage BI tools and AI technologies to improve reporting efficiency.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates with 1-3 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including data manipulation and analysis.
• Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or other Business Intelligence tools.
• Knowledge of ERP or CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) will be an added advantage.
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
