Department/Division: Business Operations/Infrastructure
Location: Columbia, SC or Atlanta, GA
Type: Full-Time; May be eligible for hybrid work schedule after successful completion of training
Hiring Range: $36,000 - $46,000 annual salary (commensurate with directly applicable experience)

Our Business Operations Team works to support all facets of The Cason Group business operations with various projects, reporting, data-entry, and management of data systems. As a Business Operations Associate, you will assist the Business Operations team with duties including data entry, payment calculations, and office support.
What Our Business Operations Associates Do:
- Calculate and Enter Data: assist with computing accurate quarterly bonus calculations for employees and external constituents; assist with calculating monthly and bi-monthly commissions for external constituents
- Engage as a Team Player: serve as a liaison for remote office needs and support home office building projects; assist with reporting and projects as needed in a timely and accurate manner; maintain confidentiality of all corporate, personnel, planning, and research matters
What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office functions; proficiency with Excel (specifically with formula/calculation functions
- High degree of customer service and office administration skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy along with the ability to meet deadlines while managing and prioritizing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication with the ability to communicate technical information effectively to coworkers
