Collaborates with business users to identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases. Design continuous monitoring and feedback collection to help them refine processes over time.

Summary:
As a Business Process Designer, your day involves thoroughly analyzing current workflows to identify areas where improvements can be made. You work closely with various business users to understand their needs and translate these into detailed product requirements and use cases. Throughout the day, you focus on developing and refining processes to enhance overall efficiency. You also design mechanisms for continuous monitoring and feedback, ensuring that processes evolve and improve over time. Collaboration and communication with multiple stakeholders are key aspects of your role, enabling you to drive meaningful changes within the organization.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical.
- Strong understanding of business process modeling and workflow optimization techniques.
- Experience in gathering and documenting detailed business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
- Ability to design and implement continuous process monitoring and feedback systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable and sustainable solutions.
- Effective communication skills to liaise between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 6 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical.
- This position is based at our CDC2A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
