Project Role Description : Analyzes, develops, and improves workflows. Identifies inefficiencies in existing processes and proposes solutions to optimize effectiveness. Collaborates with business users to identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases. Design continuous monitoring and feedback collection to help them refine processes over time.

You work closely with various business users to understand their needs and translate these into detailed product requirements and use cases. Throughout the day, you focus on developing and refining processes to enhance overall efficiency. You also design mechanisms for continuous monitoring and feedback, ensuring that processes evolve and improve over time. Collaboration and communication with multiple stakeholders are key aspects of your role, enabling you to drive meaningful changes within the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of process improvements with organizational goals.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical.
- Strong understanding of business process modeling and workflow optimization techniques.
- Experience in gathering and documenting detailed business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
- Ability to design and implement continuous process monitoring and feedback systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable and sustainable solutions.
- Effective communication skills to liaise between technical teams and business stakeholders.

- The candidate should have minimum 6 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical.
- This position is based at our CDC2A - SEZ location.
