Business Process Implementation Specialist

Salary: Rp 4.800.000 – Rp 6.000.000 per month

About the role

Vista Group is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Process Implementation Specialist to support the development, implementation, and improvement of business processes across the organization. This role will work closely with department heads, management, and external implementation partners to translate operational needs into effective workflows, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and digital business system requirements. The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring consistent operational standards, successful system implementation, and employee adoption across Vista Group.

Key responsibilities

• Map, review, and improve business workflows across Vista Group

• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), approval processes, operational checklists, and reporting standards

• Gather and translate operational requirements into clear business and system requirements for ERP and Digital Operations & SOP Management Systems

• Coordinate with external vendors and implementation partners to ensure smooth system implementation

• Validate business workflows, coordinate user testing (UAT), and monitor project milestones and implementation progress

• Work closely with management to define dashboard requirements, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and operational reporting standards

• Assess potential integration requirements with Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS)

• Prepare and deliver employee training related to new processes, systems, and operational procedures

• Monitor employee adoption, identify process gaps, and recommend improvements to ensure effective implementation

About you

• 3–5 years of experience in Operations, Quality Assurance, Business Process Improvement, or Business System Implementation is preferred

• Strong experience in process mapping, SOP development, and business process documentation

• Excellent coordination, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Comfortable working with digital business applications and operational management systems

• Previous experience with ERP implementation projects will be an advantage

• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments, management teams, and external vendors

• Strong presentation and employee training skills

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or a related field

• Good command of English. Bahasa Indonesia proficiency is preferred
