The opportunity:
We're looking for a driven Project Manager to lead complex, high-stakes transformation initiatives from planning through execution. You'll work at the intersection of strategy and operations, coordinating cross-functional teams across Tech, Product and Marketplace Operations to deliver measurable results on tight timelines. This is a role for someone who thrives on ambiguity, enjoys bringing order to complexity, and wants direct exposure to senior leadership from day one.
What you will do:
Own end-to-end project planning: scope, timeline, milestones, risk tracking, and stakeholder communication
Coordinate work streams across multiple business functions, ensuring alignment and accountability
Build and maintain executive-ready reporting (dashboards, status decks, steering committee updates)
Identify interdependencies, bottlenecks, and risks before they become problems — and drive resolution
Facilitate workshops and working sessions with stakeholders at all levels, from analysts to C-suite
Translate strategic objectives into actionable workplans and track progress against KPIs
Support change management efforts to ensure new processes and structures stick

Who you are:
1–3 years of experience in consulting, project management, or a fast-paced operational role
Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple priorities under pressure
Strong analytical mindset; comfortable working with data to track progress and flag risks
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to influence without direct authority across global teams.
A bias toward action: you don't wait for perfect information to move projects forward
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, economics, or a related field (MBA or equivalent a plus, not required)
Familiarity with API-based products and technology platforms is a plus.
