Business Systems Analyst (Banking and Financial Services)

1. Drive and maintain high levels of Business Unit satisfaction through responsive support, effective stakeholder management, quality deliverables, and successful delivery of IT-enabled solutions.

2. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Business Unit (BU) strategies, objectives, processes, and priorities to effectively support business and technology initiatives.

3. Proactively manage assigned deliverables and workstreams, ensuring timely completion, quality outcomes, and alignment with project objectives and timelines.

4. Prepare high-quality and comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), business cases, and user test scripts, and coordinate the effective execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.

5. Ensure that business requirements documentation adheres to established standards, methodologies, governance processes, and documentation best practices.

6. Ensure the timely preparation of user test scripts; review test scenarios and scripts for completeness and alignment with business requirements; and support the planning, coordination, and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.

7. Support successful project implementation by facilitating effective requirements management, stakeholder engagement, and timely execution of testing activities while meeting defined quality and delivery standards.

8. Foster strong collaboration between Business Units (BU) and Information Technology Groups (ITG) to ensure business needs are accurately translated into technology solutions that deliver value and support strategic objectives.

9. Drive and maintain high levels of Business Unit satisfaction through responsive support, effective stakeholder management, quality deliverables, and successful delivery of IT-enabled solutions.

Qualifications:

• Business, industrial engineering or information technology graduate with experience on business casing, business analysis and requirements definition and user test script development.

• At least 6 years of demonstrated global industry/ life insurance experience with business casing, business analysis and requirements definition and user test script development.

• Effectively demonstrated business and cross-organizational leadership and project management discipline.

• Demonstrated experience with strategy and transformation execution, business analysis and requirements definition, business case development and project management.

• Track record on business analysis and requirements definition and user test script development and implementation.

• Strong details orientation.

• Proficient in the use of presentation and project management tools.

• Excellent documentation skills.

• Familiarity in working in a matrix type environment.

• Worked on transformational projects.
