Business Transformation Program Manager ( 1 year Contract/ Convert to Perm )

Salary: $10,000 – $12,500 per month

We are partnering with an Established Oil & Gas Organisation to identify an experienced Business Transformation Program Manager for a 12-month contract assignment.

This is an opportunity to lead a major business transformation programme, translating strategic direction into actionable plans and driving implementation across multiple business functions and technology workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the mobilisation and execution of a business transformation programme, translating strategic recommendations into a structured implementation roadmap.

• Drive programme governance, integrated planning, milestone tracking, risk management and executive reporting.

• Coordinate cross-functional business and technology initiatives, ensuring alignment of priorities, resources and dependencies.

• Facilitate operating model and business process transformation, including changes to organisational structures, roles, governance and ways of working.

• Partner with senior management and functional leaders to drive decisions, resolve challenges and maintain programme momentum.

• Oversee programme-level financial tracking, budgets, resource requirements and delivery performance.

• Drive business change and adoption through stakeholder engagement, communications, training and readiness planning.

• Work alongside technology teams to align digital initiatives with business requirements and operational objectives.

• Track programme benefits, performance indicators and realised business outcomes to ensure sustainable implementation.

Key Requirements:

• Significant experience in enterprise transformation, programme management, management consulting or large-scale organisational change.

• Proven ability to take transformation initiatives from strategy and planning through to actual implementation and delivery.

• Strong programme management capabilities, including governance, planning, financial oversight, risk management and benefits tracking.

• Experience in operating model transformation, business process redesign and cross-functional change initiatives.

• Confident engaging and influencing senior stakeholders across different business functions and geographical markets.

• Strong commercial acumen, analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving progress in complex, fast-paced environments.

• Exposure to technology-enabled transformation and digital initiatives.
