Buyer – Interim/ HR recruitment services

Support Services Global is part of INS (Industrial Products and Services) category. This procurement organization is centrally led and managed per categories to develop expertise, consolidate the needs and follow-up the execution of contracts.

Our Support Services Global team is looking for a Buyer – Interim/ HR recruitment services.

The Buyer will be responsible for sourcing and managing temporary workforce, interim and HR Recruitment services providers within the Support Services Global subcategory. The role operates at a European level, covering various countries and segments of the AM organization. This position focuses on delivering flexible, compliant, and cost-effective solutions to support business needs. The buyer ensures effective supplier management, supports sourcing initiatives, and contributes to the optimization and standardization of interim services procurement.

Scope turnover: ~100M€/Y

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and execution of sourcing strategies for Interim and HR recruitment Services at a European level.
  • Manage procurement activities related to temporary workforce, contractors, consultants, and interim staffing providers.
  • Lead or support RFPs, supplier selection, and contract negotiations for interim service providers (frame agreements and Onsite contracts).
  • Ensure availability of qualified interim resources aligned with business requirements across all AM organization segments.
  • Build and maintain relationships with global and regional staffing agencies and service providers.
  • Monitor supplier performance through KPIs and ensure compliance with contractual terms.
  • Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and internal compliance requirements related to contingent workforce.
  • Collaborate mainly HR but also Legal, Finance, and business stakeholders to align on workforce needs and procurement strategies.
  • Analyze spend and usage of interim services to identify cost-saving and optimization opportunities.
  • Contribute to the standardization and harmonization of interim services processes globally.
  • Mitigate risks related to data protection and contract obligations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and audit‑ready processes.
  • Support implementation and usage of vendor management systems and related tools.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, Economic or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years in Procurement or Engineering and Management.
  • Problem-solving, analytical skills and good ease facing numbers.
  • Strategic thinking with global perspective.
  • Advanced negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Cross-cultural communication and stakeholder management.
  • Change management and transformation leadership.
