Summary
Coordinates procurement for Ford’s P&A parts, sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and expediting orders while supporting logistics and global spare parts teams—requires procurement experience, advanced Excel, and fluent English for global interactions.
Main Activities
- Receives requests from the P&A Parts Technical department.
- Identifies sources of supply.
- Identifies supplier contact for parts quotation.
- Issues quotation requests via email/System.
- Monitors/Follows up to obtain quotation responses.
- Negotiates price and commercial conditions with the supplier.
- Issues purchase orders.
- Issues price adjustment processes (PCN).
- Expedites purchase processes for items on the "Fill Rate Major Offenders" list, new programs, service bulletins, and CAF requests.
- Provides support to Logistics team and follows up teams.
- Is responsible for P&A parts localization / nationalization programs.
- Provides support for the actions of the Global Spare Parts Purchasing team.

Mandatory Requirements (Must Haves):
Education: Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, or related fields.
Language: Advanced/Fluent English (Mandatory for global interaction).
Excel: Advanced Excel proficiency.
Procurement Experience: Prior experience in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, or Supply Chain.
Nice to Have:
ERP Systems: Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA (Recommended, but not mandatory).
Data Visualization: Advanced proficiency in Power BI or Tableau.
SQL: Knowledge of database queries.
Automation: Experience with VBA (Visual Basic) and building complex Macros.
Analytical Profile: Proven experience in Big Data Analysis applied to business.
