Manage procurement, logistics and production planning to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery.

Source and evaluate local and overseas suppliers for materials and components.

Negotiate pricing, payment terms and delivery lead times to achieve cost savings.

Monitor supplier performance, quality and delivery standards.

Manage inventory levels to support production requirements.

Coordinate with Engineering and internal teams on product or process changes.

Analyse procurement data and resolve supply or purchasing issues.

Prepare purchasing reports and provide updates on procurement activities and KPIs.

Recommend improvements to purchasing processes and operational efficiency.

Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
