C/C++ Software Engineer
Summary
C/C++ engineer building and maintaining microservices, APIs, and calculation engines for credit risk, credit scoring, and recommendation products in a banking environment, working in an agile Scrum team. Hybrid role (2-3 days/week in office) based in Łódź, Warsaw, or Tricity; B2B rate up to 155 PLN/h net + VAT.

Tasks:
Work within an agile Scrum team environment.
Design, develop, and maintain C and C++ microservices supporting credit risk, recommendation, and credit scoring products.
Build robust APIs and calculation engines that ensure compliance with credit scoring and recommendation regulations across multiple countries.
Develop support for complex business processes, integrating with credit authorities.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
Collaborate with business analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Must have:
Strong proficiency and in-depth knowledge of C and C++.
Strong debugging skills
Good knowledge of Mapping, code flow, and XML.
Understanding of unit, component, integration, and system testing concepts.
Understanding of software design patterns, object-oriented programming principles, and SOLID principles.
Knowledge of Visual Studio.
Knowledge of package building and .exe file creation.
Nice to have:
Domain knowledge of credit
Experience in the banking/financial sector in general
Basic knowledge of the Finnish language
