We are looking for an experienced Service Bartender. The Ideal candidates should have bar experience, beverage knowledge and can work well under pressure in a high-volume environment. The Service Bartender will not serve the bar guests but still needs to exhibit hospitality to our guests and assist as the Bartender needed. Our Service Bartenders must be very personable, patient, organized, have a passion and enthusiasm for Italian wines and spirits, detail oriented and accurate with money.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare all beverages for dining room guests, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness.

• Collaborate closely with Servers to fulfill drink orders efficiently from the service bar.

• Follow all standardized recipes to maintain quality and consistency across all beverages.

• Support the main Bartender by assisting with guest interactions and stepping in as needed throughout the shift.

• Consistently provide a high level of customer service while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

• Act as a Brand Ambassador by engaging guests with information about Carmine's and Virgil's locations, and encouraging return visits for special events and catering.

• Complete all assigned side work and closing duties at the end of each shift.

• Work collaboratively with all departments to ensure guests receive the best possible experience.

• Other duties as assigned by Manager.

Requirements:

• With one year of Bartender experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant.

• Who will be professional, personable, organized with a sense of humor and a strong passion for hospitality.

• Able to perform at the highest level ensuring excellent service to our guests and our team members on the floor in this fast-paced environment.

• Who are fluent in English.

• With open flexibility to work various shifts.

• With Knowledge of fine wine & spirits.
