What You’ll Do

• Provide leadership and oversight across CAAS engagements
• Ensure quality, consistency, and strong client experience
• Develop Managers and future leaders
• Drive practice improvements and firm standards
• Support firm leadership with practice planning

What We’re Looking For

• 8–12 years of progressive accounting or advisory experience
• Advanced technical capability and leadership presence
• CPA strongly preferred
