CAD ID Fit Out Draftsman

As a draughtsman- preparing Detailed Shop Drawings ,Cultists & As builts. Preparing drawings such as wall setting out, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, flooring, joinery, stone, glass, metal and related details. Prepare shop drawings based on the BOQ and tender drawings and specifications as instructed by Design Coordinator. Coordinate with mechanical, electrical and HVAC drawings and other trades. Manage ongoing revisions and changes as per directions and deadlines. Manage and file drawings. Preparing detailed cut-list drawing for production as per the approved shop drawing and follow up with production and site installation.

Co-ordination & preparation of interior fit-out detailed shop drawings as per site conditions. Dealing inquiries, Quantity take off, BOQ preparation.

Bachelors Degree, Diploma, ITI

Compliance with policies and procedures based on the ISO standards adopted by CNS.
