【財務暨營運支援部】財務主任 Finance Officer

1. 監督並覆核專員的帳務作業。確保應付/應收帳款與收入稽核流程符合 SOP 標準。
2. 主導月結作業，編製資產負債表及損益表草案。協助產出管理分析報表，識別營運數據中的異常項目。
3. 負責各項稅務申報（如營業稅、扣繳）之最終檢核。確保財務作業符合當地法規與集團政策。
4. 定期執行零用金盤點、存貨監盤及固定資產盤點，強化內部風險控管。
5. 指導專員提升專業技能，優化工作流程並解決日常作業中的疑難雜症。
6. 完成主管交辦的其他財務相關工作。

Operational Supervision & Review
Supervises and reviews the accounting tasks of specialists, ensuring AP/AR and Income Audit processes meet SOP standards.

Month-end Closing & Reporting
Leads month-end procedures and prepares draft balance sheets and P&L statements. Assists in generating analytical management reports to identify operational anomalies.

Tax & Regulatory Compliance
Conducts final reviews of all tax filings (VAT, withholding tax, etc.) and ensures adherence to local laws and Group policies.

Internal Control & Auditing
Performs regular petty cash counts, inventory observations, and fixed asset audits to strengthen internal risk management.

Team Mentorship
Coaches specialists to enhance their professional skills, optimizes workflows, and resolves complex operational issues.

As a Finance Officer, you hold a pivotal role in oversight and coordination. You will supervise the daily activities of specialists, lead the month-end closing and tax filing processes, and ensure that internal control systems are effectively implemented, providing management with accurate operational data.
