Kabstrading Co is seeking a diligent call centre professional in Cape Town to manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls, following scripts and ensuring customer needs are identified and resolved. You will research issues, offer solutions or alternatives, and strive to upsell where appropriate.

You will build lasting customer relationships, maintain clear records in our database, participate in ongoing training, and aim to meet or exceed personal and team targets.
