Role Overview
Reform UK is preparing for a general election by increasing its number of full-time Campaign Managers.
In applying for this role, please be aware this is not merely a job. It’s a mission.
We will expect any applicant to be someone completely committed to the Party, and able to demonstrate this in their CV and/or covering letter.
To be successful in the role, you will need to be a natural people-person who is highly motivated and organised.
You’ll be responsible for overseeing the ground campaigns within a defined set of Parliamentary constituencies.
The role focuses on the organisation of core ground campaign activities: the collection of Voting Intention data, delivering literature, and running GOTV and Polling Day operations. Identifying local government candidates will be important too.
You will not have the responsibility for setting strategy, raising funds, engaging with the press or running social media. This is a role focused on ground campaigning, pure and simple.
