Bush Auto Group – BUSH HYUNDAI OF DOWNINGTOWN is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our growing team.

This role is responsible for assisting customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process while delivering exceptional dealership experience.

The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, goal-driven, and committed to building long-term

· Greet and assist customers in identifying vehicles that meet their needs and budget.

· Deliver a high-quality, customer-focused sales experience from initial contact to final delivery

· Maintain a strong understanding of HYUNDAI vehicles, features and benefits

· Conduct test drives and explain vehicle technology and performance

· Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat and referral business

· Follow-up with leads generated through dealership tools, online inquiries, and walk-ins

· Work closely with management and finance teams to ensure seamless deal completion

· Stay informed on dealership promotions, incentives, and inventory updates
