Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicle options
- Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features and benefits
- Assist customers through the sales process, including financing and paperwork
- Work closely with Sales Managers, Finance Managers, and other dealership departments
- Stay current on product knowledge, promotions, incentives, and inventory
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay informed about current promotions and inventory
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
