- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- HHA certification.
- Experience in assisted living or senior care strongly preferred.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.

Physical Demands
- Ability to lift, move, and transfer residents using appropriate equipment (e.g., wheelchair, walker).
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching.
- Ability to assist with physical tasks such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
- Must be able to perform housekeeping tasks including laundry and cleaning.
Non-Physical Demands
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with residents, families, and staff.
- Ability to observe, record, and report changes in resident condition.
- Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism.
- Patience and emotional resilience when working with seniors with varying needs.
