Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Case Manager Assistant to support our Pre-Litigation team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to grow within the legal field and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced personal injury environment.
The Case Manager Assistant will work closely with Case Managers and Attorneys to support the day-to-day management of cases including client communication case organization and administrative support throughout the pre-litigation process.
Responsibilities
- Assist case managers with day-to-day pre-litigation case support and file management
- Organize and maintain case files, correspondence, and documentation
- Request, track, and follow up on records, documents, and client information
- Communicate with clients to gather information, provide updates, and ensure required documents are received
- Update case notes and maintain accurate records in the firm’s case management system
- Coordinate internal tasks and deadlines to support timely case progression
- Assist with preparing demand packages and other pre-litigation materials, as needed
- Provide general administrative support to the pre-litigation team
