Working collaboratively with service providers and government organisations, you will help people navigate complex systems while providing consistent, trauma-informed and strengths-based support. Must have Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday availability.About you We’re looking for a compassionate and resilient case worker who understands the complexity of homelessness and the importance of meeting people where they are. You’ll be comfortable building trust, working through challenging circumstances and finding practical pathways forward, while maintaining a strong focus on each person’s strengths, choices and goals.
