What You'll Do

Create Awesome Guest Experiences

• Welcome every guest with a smile
• Take time to listen and understand what our Peeps need
• Accurately take phone and in-person orders
• Answer menu questions and help guests make selections
• Handle cash and electronic transactions accurately
• Help resolve guest questions and concerns
• Make every interaction positive and personal

Support the Team

• Prepare boxes, side cups, salads, desserts, and other guest-order items
• Help keep orders organized and moving
• Jump in wherever your team needs you
• Work together during busy rushes

Keep It Clean

• Keep the front counter and guest areas clean and organized
• Wipe down surfaces
• Sweep and mop as needed
• Help with dishes and general restaurant cleanliness
• Help create an environment we're proud to welcome our Peeps into

No previous restaurant experience is required. Attitude matters.

What You'll Need

• Must meet the minimum age requirement 16+ for the position
• Friendly and positive attitude
• Willingness to learn
• Comfortable using computers, phones, and a POS system
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced restaurant
• Strong attention to detail
• Dependable attendance
• Ability to stand and move throughout your shift
• Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position, including extended standing and lifting/carrying items up to 25 pounds.
