Cashier & Customer Service - Southern New Jersey DV

The Ace Sales Associate position mainly focuses on various clerical duties and customer service working within our retail showroom office, including but not limited to:

• Providing excellent customer service both on the phone and in person.
• Heavy phone work - answering incoming calls and making outgoing calls to customers for various reasons relating to the showroom business.
• Calling customers to confirm the status of their orders, delivery and product service.
• Operating and balancing computerized cash register.
• Data entry - using the Company's computerized point of sale system and various programs to assist in processing sales orders and customer inquiries.
