Automotive Technician – Full-Time

Hawkins CDJR is looking for an experienced automotive technician who wants more than just another job. We are looking for someone who wants steady work, real earning potential, and a shop where skill, effort, quality, and consistency matter.

Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram experience is preferred but not required.

• Flat-rate compensation up to $35 per flagged hour, based on experience, certifications, diagnostic ability, and demonstrated skill level
• Sign-on bonus of up to $7,500 for qualified technicians, subject to eligibility and an agreed-upon payment schedule

What We Are Looking For

• Automotive repair and diagnostic experience
• Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, or Ram experience preferred
• Strong diagnostic, maintenance, and repair skills
• Consistent attendance and dependability
• Commitment to accurate, high-quality repairs
• Ability to communicate effectively with advisors, technicians, parts personnel, the shop foreman, and management
• Ability to follow established repair, documentation, safety, and quality-control processes
• Ability to remain productive while maintaining repair quality
• PA State Inspection and Emissions licenses preferred
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record, because technicians must move and road-test customer and dealership vehicles
