CDLA Local Driver NEW RATE INCREASE

Compensation

• NEW PAY: $23.00-$27.00/hour (based on experience & safe driving)

• Average Annual Earnings: $45,000-$70,000+

• Overtime after 40 hours (45-50 hours/week average)

• Paid bi-weekly via direct deposit

• Referral & Retention Bonuses up to $2,500

Schedule

• Home Daily

• Monday-Friday or Tuesday- Saturday

• 4:00 AM-7:00 AM start times

• 8-12 hour shifts

• 3-7 stops per day

• No Touch Freight - Drop & Hook

What You'll Do

• Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer.

• Complete inspections, logs, and delivery paperwork.

• Hook/unhook trailers or live unloads using lumpers.

• Follow DOT regulations and company safety policies.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL

• 2+ years of CDL-A driving experience

• Current DOT Medical Card

• Safe driving record
