1.Manage CDMO projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with the agreed scope, timeline, budget, and quality requirements.
管理 CDMO 專案從啟動至結案的完整流程，確保專案符合約定的工作範疇、時程、預算及品質要求。
2.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and manage project communications, meetings, and progress updates.
擔任客戶的主要聯絡窗口，負責專案溝通、會議安排及進度更新。
3.Coordinate cross-functional activities among Process Development, Manufacturing, QC, QA, Supply Chain, and Business Development teams.
協調製程開發、生產、品質管制、品質保證、供應鏈及商務開發等跨部門工作。
4.Track project milestones, deliverables, resources, risks, and action items.
追蹤專案里程碑、交付項目、資源配置、風險及待辦事項。
5.Identify and resolve project issues and escalate critical risks when necessary.
識別並協調解決專案問題，必要時提報重大風險。
6.Manage changes to project scope or timeline and coordinate Change Orders when required.
管理專案範疇或時程變更，並視需要協調變更訂單。
7.Ensure project execution complies with the MSA, SOW, Quality Agreement, and approved technical plans.
確保專案執行符合主服務協議、工作說明書、品質協議及核准的技術方案。
8.Support project documentation, client audits, technology transfer, and project closeout activities.
支援專案文件管理、客戶稽核、技術移轉及專案結案相關作業。
