- Conduct feasibility studies for C-level ideas
- Develop and manage end-to-end experimentation processes, from ideation to implementation.
- Oversees Process Excellence holistically and able to influence the business stakeholders on the execution level
- Create and execute activation plans to ensure seamless integration of successful experiments into company operations.
- Analyze data and gather insights from experiments to make data-driven recommendations for scaling successful initiatives.
- Act as a liaison between the C-level executives and various teams, providing regular updates on the progress and impact of experimentation projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or any related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in Project Management, business analysis, or related roles, including work with product management teams.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Proven ability to anticipate needs and proactively address issues.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
