**Sign-On for Eligible New Hires**
Work location\: 8230 Walnut Hill Lane, PB3, Suite 220, Dallas, TX 75231
Work hours\: Full-time, 40 hours weekly, Monday thru Thursday, 8\:00am – 5\:00pm and Friday 8\:00am – 3\:00pm
Travel\: 25% to surrounding clinics as needed (mileage reimbursement provided)
