About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistant to support patients served by Valeo Home Health. In this role, you will provide hands-on assistance in the home, helping patients with daily living activities while supporting their comfort, safety, and independence.
No attendant care is provided (no housekeeping, errands, or companionship).
Responsibilities
- Follow the instructions of the professional nurse/therapist in providing care.
- Provide assistance with personal care (bathing, oral care, and dressing)
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adheres to HIPAA requirements.
- Ambulation, positioning, and turning.
