• Patient Care & Daily Support: Provided individualized personal care, assisted with activities of daily living (ADLs), and performed patient transfers and transport.
• Clinical Assisting & Room Maintenance: Supported RNs and LPNs with ordered clinical procedures while keeping patient rooms clean, orderly, and sanitary.
• Condition Monitoring & Resident Safety: Reported physical, mental, or emotional status changes to nursing staff and promptly addressed safety hazards or emergency situations.

• Required Credential(s):
  • Nurse Aide obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
• Preferred Credential(s):
  • BLS Provider. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
