Certified Senior Epic Cadence Analyst (Hello World)
Summary
Senior Epic Cadence Analyst designs and supports multi-channel patient communication workflows (SMS, email, voice, MyChart) using Epic Cadence and Hello World to improve scheduling and patient engagement.
Location: 100% Remote (must reside in one of the following approved states: AL, FL, GA, AR, KY, LA, MS, NC, SC, TN, WV, VA)
Onsite Requirements: Fully Remote (EST hours)
Compensation Range: $105,000-$115,000/year (range depends on Epic Cadence + Hello World experience/certification) - The higher range will require a minimum of 8 years' experience.

A healthcare-focused organization is hiring a Senior Epic Cadence Analyst with strong Epic Hello World experience to support, optimize, and enhance Epic Cadence. This role focuses on improving patient communication and engagement by designing and supporting multi-channel communication workflows (SMS, email, voice, and MyChart messaging) in partnership with operational teams. The ideal candidate will be required to have the Epic Cadence Certification and possess hands-on Epic Hello World experience. An Epic Hello World Certification is preferred but not required.
- Support and optimize Epic Cadence scheduling workflows and patient access processes
- Design, build, and support multi-channel patient communication workflows (appointment reminders, confirmations, waitlist notification, SMS, email, voice, MyChart messaging, self-scheduling communications, scheduling workflow optimization)
- Partner with operational stakeholders to improve scheduling experience and patient engagement
- Support Epic upgrades, optimization initiatives, testing, and ongoing production support
- Troubleshoot issues, analyze root cause, and drive resolution through strong documentation and communication
- Perform hands-on Hello World build and support.
- Epic Cadence Certification (required)

- Experience working with operational teams to enhance scheduling workflows and patient communication processes
- Epic Hello World Certification
- Strong knowledge of Cadence scheduling workflows, appointment management, and patient access
- Experience supporting Epic upgrades, optimization initiatives, testing, and production support
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Base compensation depends on candidate experience.
