CFD Forex Account Manager (Mandarin Speaking)

As an Account Manager at TMGM, you will promote and sell trading products and services, generate client pipelines, build relationships with new clients, deliver responsive customer service, resolve inquiries, meet sales targets, and expand your knowledge of financial markets, the FX industry, and TMGM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell TMGM's products and services
• Identify and generate client pipelines using sales skills
• Build and nurture relationships with new clients
• Deliver exceptional customer service across communication channels
• Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues effectively
• Work toward KPIs and meet or exceed sales targets
• Expand knowledge of financial markets, the FX industry, and TMGM products
• Achieve team and individual metrics

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in the Forex industry
• Experience in customer service, sales, outbound or inbound support, consulting, or similar environments is advantageous
• Willingness to learn practical financial knowledge and professional skills
• Comfort making high volumes of outbound calls
• Confident communication and audience adaptation skills
• Strong ownership, proactive problem-solving, diligence, and results orientation
• Proficiency in English
• Additional Asian language proficiency, especially Mandarin, Thai, Vietnamese, Malay, Indonesian, or Filipino, is preferred
