1. Develop Server and Storage accounts with his strong technical background and experience.
2. Lead & Assist Sales on business developing and handling.
3. Monitoring all progress of business in order to achieve quota and assigned tasks.
4. Relay appropriate information to customers to enhance the company's positive image.
5. Receive and resolve customer complaints and problems within a timely manner.
6. Understand and support sales policies and procedures to provide proper and effective treatment to all customers.
7. Work closely with Sales /PM/Engineer/Production/RMA on all business.
8. Ensure an attractive and orderly company image at all times through effective sales displays.
9. Able to foresee issues on business requirement and able to discuss internally/externally to create solutions within AIC Capabilities.
10. Able to create proper procedures with supportive team.
11. Assist in the training of co-workers as assigned.
12. Perform other related duties as assigned.
13. Feedback to HQ for the latest trend of market.
14. Frequent communication with Sales VP and CEO to ensure AIC business stay on top of the market.
