Leads a DevOps team managing AWS and on-premises platforms, automating deployments with Kubernetes and Terraform, and ensuring Oracle/PostgreSQL reliability.
PROFIL
The DevOps Team Lead will be responsible for providing technical leadership to a team composed of DevOps engineers and Oracle/PostgreSQL DBAs.
MORE SPECIFICALLY
- Lead the Platform Operations team and ensure overall performance
- Oversee AWS and on-premises environments in compliance with SLAs/KPIs
- Plan the platform roadmap and prioritize the operations backlog
- Automate and optimize deployments and processes with the Engineering team
- Continuously improve solutions, code quality, and system reliability
PROFILE
- 8+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer
- 3+ years as a Technical Lead and/or Team Lead
- Experience in AWS environments
- Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and Terraform
- Knowledge of Oracle databases and PostgreSQL language
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Bilingual (English required, functional French)
