How you’ll make an impact:

Create and deliver fresh, nutritious meals (up to 110 - 110 covers per day) that impact students’ wellbeing, focus and daily experience
Lead, manage, and motivate our talented catering team of 1 x Catering Assistant
Take full ownership of the catering operation, ensuring a smooth and efficient service
Manage stock, ordering, and budgets effectively to meet operational targets
Champion compliance, leading on food safety, hygiene and quality standards

Working Pattern: Monday - Friday | 8:00am - 2:00pm | 30 Hours Per Week | Term Time Only
Salary: £19,735.50 Per Annum | £14.75 Per Hour

Proven experience in a Chef Manager type role
Experience within an Education Catering Operation is advantageous
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, develop and support your team
Excellent organisational and time-management abilities, with confidence in running the catering operation efficiently
Sound knowledge of food hygiene, safety, and compliance standards
Commercial awareness with the ability to manage, budgets, stock and catering performance
