Chief Compliance Officer - MF

Responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing a comprehensive compliance framework to ensure adherence to SEBI Mutual Fund Regulations, AMFI Guidelines, and applicable legal and statutory obligations. - Safeguarding the integrity and transparency of the AMC’s operations by proactively monitoring regulatory developments, ensuring timely filings and embedding a strong compliance culture across functions. - Act as the principal point of contact for SEBI, AMFI, Trustees and other regulatory and statutory bodies. - Ensure that all schemes, products, business practices, disclosures, advertisements and investor communications are fully compliant with prevailing laws and internal policies. - Support regulatory risk assessments, internal control reviews and governance reporting. - Responsible for setting up core compliance processes from scratch, including policy creation, internal audit coordination, SEBI interface mechanisms, compliance training programs and oversight of the Mutual Fund platform.
