Chief Compliance Officer

Please find below the summary of our discussion:

·Designation - CCO

·Location – Gift City, Gandhinagar

·Role reports to – CEO (Abhishek Kaushik)

·Budget – Fixed salary approx 60 LPA, not a constraint for the right candidate.

·Female candidates preferred.

·The incumbent must have around 15 years of experience in compliance, AML, CFT, and/or KYC with a strong understanding of relevant regulatory requirements and best practices.

· The incumbent will be assisted by a 2-3 member team.

· Talent Pool: Preferably from a large NBFC or Wholesale Banking team of a Bank, International & Domestic Trade Finance, Leasing and Treasury.

Also, as per our discussion, our commencement fees is ₹ 3 Lacs + agreed commercials for this role.
