Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned financial leader to serve as the Chief Financial Officer for a high-growth organization based in Chennai. In this capacity, you will act as the primary architect of our financial strategy, overseeing the entire spectrum of corporate finance, accounting, and fiscal governance. You will work closely with the Board of Directors, the CEO, and executive stakeholders to drive long-term value creation, optimize capital allocation, and ensure robust regulatory compliance. Your leadership will be pivotal in shaping our business trajectory, influencing critical investment decisions, and fostering a culture of financial discipline that supports our aggressive scaling objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead overall finance, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial planning.

- Ensure statutory compliance, taxation, internal controls, and audit requirements.

- Drive profitability, cost optimisation, working capital management, and financial performance.

- Lead and develop the finance team.

- Oversee Purchase and IT functions, ensuring effective cost and operational management.

- Support the Managing Director in strategic and business decisions.

Candidate Profile:

- Qualified CA

- Extensive experience in finance leadership within automotive components or manufacturing.

- Experience in a listed company is mandatory.

- Preferred age: 40+ years
