Chief Financial Officer (CFO)Coral Reef Partners is seeking a hands-on Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the company's financial strategy and day-to-day financial operations. Reporting directly to the CEO, the CFO will oversee accounting, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, treasury, banking, insurance, tax coordination, cash flow management, financial planning, and internal controls.This is not a purely strategic CFO position. The successful candidate will be comfortable operating at both the executive and transactional levels—developing the financial infrastructure needed to support growth while remaining directly involved in financial reporting, project accounting, cash management, forecasting, and other critical finance functions.The CFO will partner closely with Operations, Project Management, Procurement, Business Development, and executive leadership to improve financial visibility, strengthen project profitability, manage risk, and support Coral Reef's continued growth.
