Role Overview:

As the Chief Human Resource Officer for our rapidly scaling Fintech organization based in Kerala, you will serve as the primary architect of our human capital strategy. You will partner directly with the CEO and the Board to align our workforce capabilities with aggressive business growth targets in the digital finance space. Your day-to-day will involve steering organizational culture, overseeing high-stakes talent acquisition, and implementing data-driven HR frameworks that empower a high-performance team. By bridging the gap between complex financial regulations and agile tech-driven work environments, you will ensure that our people strategy acts as a sustainable competitive advantage, directly influencing our market expansion and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and execute comprehensive HR strategies that support the company's long-term vision, ensuring that organizational structure evolves in lockstep with our fintech product roadmap.

- Lead the end-to-end talent management lifecycle, from attracting top-tier engineering and financial talent to implementing robust leadership development programs that cultivate our internal pipeline.

- Leverage HR analytics to provide actionable insights into workforce productivity, attrition trends, and compensation benchmarking, enabling leadership to make informed, evidence-based decisions.

- Oversee the design of competitive compensation and benefits structures that attract and retain specialized talent in a highly aggressive and volatile fintech talent market.

- Drive large-scale change management initiatives to foster a culture of innovation, agility, and inclusivity, ensuring the workforce remains resilient during periods of rapid scaling.

- Manage complex HR compliance and regulatory requirements, ensuring that all internal policies adhere to local labor laws and global financial industry standards.

- Champion diversity and inclusion efforts to build a multifaceted workforce that reflects our global user base and fosters creative problem-solving across all departments.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to translate complex business objectives into actionable HR strategies, with a deep understanding of the fintech ecosystem and its unique regulatory and talent demands.

- Proven track record of operating as a strategic HR Business Partner, capable of influencing C-suite stakeholders and navigating high-pressure, fast-paced corporate environments.

- Exceptional analytical proficiency in utilizing HR metrics to drive organizational development, coupled with the ability to communicate these insights effectively to non-HR stakeholders.

- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with a history of building high-trust relationships across diverse teams and managing organizational change with empathy and clarity.

- Advanced educational background, preferably an MBA in Human Resources from a premier institute, providing a solid foundation in organizational behavior and strategic management.

- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, maintaining high levels of employee engagement and operational transparency across both on-site teams in Kerala and distributed remote talent.

- 10 - 18 years of progressive experience in human resources, with a significant portion spent in leadership roles within the technology or financial services sectors.
