Chief Human Resources Officer

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the overall HR function, including HR strategy, talent management, employee engagement, performance management, and HR operations.

- Drive manpower planning, recruitment, retention, and succession planning.

- Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and systems aligned with business objectives.

- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, and HR regulations.

- Manage employee relations and support a positive and productive work environment.

- Partner with business and plant leadership on organizational and people-related matters.

- Drive learning and development, performance management, and leadership development initiatives.

- Lead initiatives related to ESG, sustainability, and responsible workplace practices.

- Manage HR metrics, dashboards, and periodic reporting for senior management.

- Support organizational culture, change management, and workforce productivity initiatives.
