Chief Human Resources Officer/HR Head - B2C

We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, strategic and people focused HR leader for CHRO with leading organisation with 2500+ Turnover.

Position: CHRO - Head HR

Location: Delhi

Organisation: Leading B2C organisation

Exp.: 20+ years of which last 5 years in leadership role

CTC: 1.7 CR - 2 CR (Min. CTC should be 1.25CR)

Qualification: MBA - Master's (Full Time Preferred)

Company Turnover: 2500+ CR (Should have worked with similar organisation)

We are seeking a seasoned CHRO / Head HR to lead the human capital function for a high-profile client based in New Delhi/NCR. This role serves as a strategic partner to the Board and executive leadership, overseeing the entire spectrum of human resources from shop-floor industrial relations to corporate organizational development. You will be responsible for shaping the company culture, ensuring seamless statutory compliance, and driving high-performance sales and operational teams. Your leadership will directly influence business scalability, employee engagement, and the overall industrial harmony of the organization.

Key Criteria:

- Incumbent should have exposure to Corporate HR, Sales HR - Manufacturing HR.

- Promoter Driven - Funders led organisation exposure is MUST.

- Should have worked with multiple promoters.

- Should be very strong in entire gamut of HR - IR.

- Should have handled Multiple Plants - Sales Offices - Pan India.

- Should have strong expertise in People Strategy, HR Transformation, Capability Building, Talent Management, Leadership Development - Organisation Building, Compliances, Labour Laws, People management, etc.
